Data we collect

We collect the information needed to run accounts, sites, support, and security controls.

Account data

Name, email address, password hash, role, workspace memberships, and API token metadata.

Project data

Site names, workspace structure, uploaded files, custom domains, generated site addresses, deployments, logs, and project settings.

Support data

Support chats and contact-form messages are handled through Crisp, including the details you choose to send.

Security data

Session cookies, CSRF tokens, authentication tokens, and audit-oriented timestamps needed to protect accounts.

How we use data

Data is used to provide the product, keep accounts isolated, and diagnose issues when they happen.

  • Authenticate users and keep each account, workspace, and site isolated.
  • Create, preview, publish, and manage static websites through the dashboard, API, and agent workflows.
  • Help the team diagnose support requests through the Crisp support channel.
  • Maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and investigate abuse or operational failures.

Access controls

Access is limited by role and by the scope attached to a workspace, site, or token.

Users

Users can access their own workspaces and any workspace explicitly shared with them.

Admins

Admins can manage users, workspaces, setup, and domains for operational purposes.

Agents

Agents can only use the API abilities and resource scope granted by the token they receive.

Retention

Records are kept while the account or workspace is active, then removed through the product’s deletion controls.

Account and project data is retained while the account or workspace is active. Deleted users, workspaces, and sites remove related product records according to the deletion controls available in the dashboard. Support conversations are retained in Crisp according to the support workspace configuration.

Your choices

Users keep control over profile details, tokens, sites, and privacy questions.

  • Update profile details from account settings.
  • Delete tokens you no longer use.
  • Remove sites, files, or workspaces you no longer need.
  • Contact support for privacy questions or data requests.
